Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon, the juice
1 can of pink salmon drained
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into balls.
Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve on lettuce leaves with lemon wedges and tarter sauce.
Personally i prefer cherry sauce.
This is delicious served with a salad and french fries!
